Built 1987 with Lifting Keel including excellent launching/yard trailer built locally in 2017.

Good example of this popular cruiser racer from Beneteau, well equipped and maintained.  Hull was epoxied as a preventative measure during the Spring of 2012.  Cabin sleeps 6 persons and benefits from Eberspacher heating.  This lift keel version allows shallower areas to be explored.  The keel bolts were replaced as part of ongoing improvement in 2018.

GRP hull, deck and superstructure in white.  All side decks and cockpit sole finished in moulded nonslip. Stem head fitting with bow roller for anchoring.  Self-bailing anchor locker with hinged cover and strong point.

Stainless steel push and pulpit rails with stanchions connected by double set of guard wires.  New guard wire gates were fitted October 2017.  Guard wires checked and replaced as needed.  The lift keel is raised and lowered on a worm drive mechanism in the main saloon.  The underwater area of the hull was professionally treated with an anti-osmosis treatment in the summer of 2012 with 3 coats of epoxy as a preventative measure.

Large self- bailing cockpit with large storage locker on starboard side.  Twin counter hung rudders with tiller steering.  Rudder ball joints replaced/upgraded July 2018.

Accommodation

Sleeps six. Double berth in aft cabin with storage. Forward cabin with double berth and storage. Main saloon with central table with drop leaves. Settee berth both port and starboard with storage below and to the side. Main cabin  professionally reupholstered in 2018.  Galley area with Origo 3000 spirit stove, fitted 2016. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold water. Top loading ice box.  Storage below sink, also above and below stove. There is a fitted gas alarm.

Heads area has a chemical toilet and wash hand basin. Door at rear of heads with access to sea toilet plumbing and Whale water pressure pump (original sea toilet included in sale).

Water provided with mechanical or on demand as required.

Forward fitting chart table with seat (storage below) and chart storage.  12volt panel at navigation area.

Eberspacher Cabin heater fitted.

Engine/Electrical

Vessel fitted with an inboard Volvo Penta 2002 18hp diesel engine.  Two bladed fixed propeller is driven through a reduction gearbox with stainless steel shaft.

12volt system provided by two 12volt batteries, providing engine starting and domestic power.  These are recharged by the engine alternator (new in 2019) and Victron Energy Blue smart charger (3 output) fitted in 2023, Bluetooth controlled by an App.  Shore power fitted, including cable.
