BENETEAU FIRST 235 swing keel yacht for sale. Fast comfortable yacht with excellent sailing characteristics. Located in a marina on Ullswater where it has been for the past 35 years, the previous 3 years being on Windermere, so always sailed on fresh water and always wintered on the hard. Currently in joint ownership with one owner of 14 years wishing to sell because of moving abroad and will only spend a few weeks a year in the UK, the other now spending more time sailing on Windermere. Accommodation includes double quarter berth, twin v-berth, galley, heads and chart table. One of the current owners ran a successful yacht syndicate in the Mediterranean for 17 years so has a lot of knowledge of how this can work. Both the current owners sail the boat only a few time a year, so the new owners would have plenty of available use.
