The stone-built Lakeland farmhouse and traditional barns on the Park have been converted into seven distinctive cottage units, each one offering ideal accommodation for convenient, flexible and leisurely family holidays. Whether you are planning a relaxing holiday or an adventure packed one, our cottages are the perfect base to do so. Situated just one mile up from the lake our Park is an ideal place to bring the children and their inflatables for a fun filled day on the Lake. Or if you prefer hiking and walking, the Ullswater way goes straight through the middle of our Park meaning you can easily walk to Aira force or Pooley Bridge. Our Self-catering cottages are available for short breaks and for weekly hire from Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday.

**Please note that we require a £100 deposit when making your booking, with the final payment paid 28 days before your arrival date. Check-in is from 3pm and we kindly ask that you vacate by 10am on the day of your departure.

Cottage features

Each cottage has:

Two bedrooms; 1 double room and 1 twin room
One set of bed linen is provided for your stay, If you require additional bed linen we will be happy to oblige but we may need to make an additional charge to cover laundry costs.
Towel packs can be hired from reception
Towel packs include: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel
Living/dining room
Television and DVD player (not blu-ray)
Fully equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge
Private shower room and WC (Cottages 9 & 10 have Shower baths)

Heating:

Holiday Homes 3 & 4 are provided with central heating in winter months from the last week in October – 30th April (7am-10am & 4pm – 11pm), with an electric fire for Summer months.
Holiday Homes 6,7,8 are provided with all year round timed central heating.
Holiday Home 9 has storage heaters and immersion.
Holiday Home 10 has storage heaters and immersion, sleeps up to 4 persons with additional conservatory and lake view.

We do offer some pet friendly holiday accommodation at an extra cost of £5.00 per night, per dog. Please contact us for more details.
